BLS Healthcare Provider Course

The BLS Healthcare Provider Course is designed to provide CPR classes to a wide variety of healthcare professionals giving them the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. The course is intended for certified or noncertified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals. 

The BLS course covers:

• Adult and pediatric CPR
• Two-rescuer scenarios and use of the bag-valve mask
• Foreign-body airway obstruction (conscious and unconscious)
• Automated external defibrillation (includes child AED update)
• Special resuscitation situations
• Other cardiopulmonary emergencies
• Stroke and cardiac arrest
